Why Should I Get An Air Source Heat Pump?
Air source heat pumps absorb heat from the outside air to heat your home and hot water. The smart systems are powered by technology to determine if it is more efficient to heat your home and water from your air source heat pump or existing boiler.
Electricity is required to power the system. However, the heat output is greater than the electricity input. This makes them an energy efficient method of heating your home.
How Much Can I Get On An Air Source Heat Pump Grant?
The funding will pay for 100% of the air source heat pump installation.
Those households on the low incomes, under £30,000 per year or receiving qualifying benefits won’t have to pay anything towards their air source heat pump.
In all cases the EPC rating for the property has to be a D or lower.
